James E. Moore

MOORE, James E. age 90 of Maryville passed away Saturday, November 29, 2003 at Colonial Hills Nursing Center. He was a member of First Christian Church, retired from Alcoa and member of the Alcoa 25 year club. He was a 50 year Mason and a WW II veteran serving in the US Navy. Preceded in death by wife, Edna R. Moore. Parents, James Thomas and Novel Hagan Moore. Brothers, Sam, Frank and Gerald Moore. Survivors include: Fiancé, Mary GiGi Sampson of Maryville. Special Friends: Charles, Gloria, Lynn, Robby, and Tina Sampson. Nieces, Mary Ann Robbins, Nancy Russell, Connie Russell, Martha Moore Hammond, and Mary Moore Sivert. Nephews, Buddy Russell and Jerry E. Moore. Several other nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Harold G. Ray minister officiating. The interment will follow in Magnolia Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:00-2:00 PM Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Mr. Moore suggest memorials be made to a favorite charity.
