James Douglas ''J.D'' Nunn

NUNN, J. D., age 75 of Alcoa, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2006. He served with the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War and was retired from United Airlines. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Harvey and Ruby Bryson Nunn; sisters, Pauline Woodyard, Olive Walls and Mary Whisman; brothers, W. Bruce Nunn, Jessee Nunn and William Harvey, Jr. Survivors include his wife, Pat Nunn; brothers and sisters-in-law, Claude and Bonnie Nunn of Pulaski, VA and Gene and Julie Nunn of Dallas, TX; nieces, Karen Nunn, Cynthia Quesenberry and Amy Tibet; nephews, Billy Clay, Jimmy Clay and Donnie Walls. Family and friends will meet at 3:30 p.m. Thursday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for an entombment service with Rev. Joe Green officiating.
