KERLEY, Jackson Eugene, age 63 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church, was retired from the U. S. Navy, the U. S. Air Force and the 134th Guard Unit at McGhee Tyson Air Base. He was a member of the Prudential Masonic Lodge #719 and a 32nd Degree Mason. Mr. Kerley was preceded in death by his mother and father, Mary Dutton Gustafson and Harry R. Gustafson; and John R. Kerley, Jr. Survivors include: wife, Darlene Cochran Kerley; daughter and son-in-law, Jill Renee and Robert Ferguson; special granddaughter, Alexandria Savage; brothers, Charles R. Kerley and Jim R. Kerley both of Jacksonville, FL; special friend, Sybil Gamble; and many other special friends. A Masonic service will be held at 8:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel followed by the funeral service with Rev. Richard Richter officiating. A military graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Thursday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. Honorary Pall Bearers will be James T. Burns, George Pinkston, Jimmy Harris, Ronnie McGhee, Tommy Mills.
