Imogene Cardin Tallent

July 10, 1921 — June 10, 2005

TALLENT, Imogene Cardin, age 83 of Maryville, passed away Friday, June 10, 2005, at U. T. Medical Center. She was a member of Alcoa First Baptist Church and was the retired owner of LaBelle Beauty Shop. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Tallent. Survivors include her daughters and sons-in-law, Billie and Wally Schmidt of Lexington, KY and Carolyn and Mickey McClurg of Alcoa; grandchildren, Jimmy and Nancy Boling, Jeff and Teresa Boling, Carol Ann and Elliott Logan, Mike and Diana McClurg and Sonya and Billy Yates; 15 great grandchildren; brothers, Blake Cardin of Madisonville and Arlin Cardin of Alcoa; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Freeman Tomlin officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Monday in Sherwood Mausoleum for an entombment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m. Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville. Those who wish, may make memorials to Alcoa First Baptist Church, 819 Gilbert Street, Alcoa, TN 37701.
