Howard T. Stinnett

STINNETT, Howard T., age 92 of Walland, passed away Friday, June 28, 2002, at his home. He was of the Baptist Faith, was retired from ALCOA and a member of the ALCOA 25 Year Service Club. He was preceded in death by his father, William Marion Walker and mother, Mary Catherine Stinnett; sons, Ted Stinnett, Marvin Stinnett and Gene Stinnett; sisters, Elizabeth Conner, Sally Dorsey, Martha Myers, Lillie Lett, Dora Parton, Emilie Stinnett; brothers, Hobson Stinnett, Joe Stinnett and Alex Stinnett. Survivors include: his wife of 68 years, Sarah Stinnett; daughters and sons-in-law, Helen and Bill Cline and Linda and Jimmy Hutsell; sons, Mayford and Jack Stinnett; 15 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; sister, Nancy Weavers. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Stinnett officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Clark’s Grove Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home.
