Houston Foute Steele, Jr.

Houston Foute Steele, Jr. age 89 of Greenback, passed away Wednesday, September 13, 2017. He was a member of Carson Island Baptist Church. Preceded in death by his son, Rick Steele and sister, Linda Blair. Survivors include daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Tommy McNeilly, Kathy and Jim Fuzz Brooks; son and daughter-in-law, David and Sharolyn Steele; daughter-in-law, Adrean Steele; 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; brother, Ronnie Steele; sisters, Evelyn Hill and Donna Frotton. Special thanks to UT Hospice for their care and compassion. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Oakland Trigonia Cemetery for a graveside service.
