Helen Everhart Jennings

Helen Everhart Jennings, age 88, of Maryville, passed away August 23, 2019 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Monte Vista Baptist Church for 53 years, and retired from ALCOA. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Jane Everhart; brothers Arlie, Dot, and Gleen Everhart; sisters, Ruth Redmond, Betty Jean Everhart.

She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Charles E. Jennings; her sons David (Pam) and Steve (Charlotte) Jennings. Her daughters Linda Lairamore and Lori (Dale) Carver. She has 11 grandchildren, Aaron (Elizabeth) Jennings, Christopher (Jill) Jennings, Brad (Brittany) Jennings, Catherine Jennings, Doug (Meredith)
Christensen-Jennings, Adam Lairamore, William (Melanie) Lairamore, David
Lairamore, Jenna and Allison Ott, and Matthew Carver. She is also survived by 4
great-grandchildren, Addison and Taylor Jennings, Reece Jennings, and Palmer
Lairamore.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00PM on Sunday, August 25, 2019 at Monte Vista Baptist Church with the funeral to follow with Rev. Jerry Mantooth officiating. The entombment will be 11:00 AM, Monday, August 26, 2019 at Grandview Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Monte Vista Baptist Church Building fund.
