Grace J. Bledsoe

September 16, 1930 — October 25, 2003

Bledsoe, Grace J. Blair age 73 of Maryville passed away Saturday October 25th 2003 at the family home after a four year battle with cancer. She was a member of Keebles Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by mother and father Earl Blair Sr. and Allie M. Blair, two half brothers Marvin and Howard Blair. She is survived by her husband Harold V. Bledsoe of Maryville, son and daughter in law Jack and Helen Adams of Knoxville, daughter and son in law Kathy and Gary Garland of Alcoa, sister and brother in law Betty and Woody Compton of Walland, brother and sister in law Earl (Cotton) and Edith Blair Jr. of Walland. Several cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. Two special grandchildren, Angelia Collins, and Sherri Collins and one special great grandchild, Mahalia Elice Collins who was loved and was very close to her. Brothers in laws and wives were Curtis V. and Jeanette Bledsoe of Knoxville, Kyle and Joan Bledsoe of Kingsport Tn., Larry and Francis Bledsoe of Muncie IN., sisters in law and husbands Juanita and Arvle Fleeman of Maryville, Mavis and Willie Laws of Muncie IN. The family wishes to thank Blount Memorial Hospice for the loving care given to Grace, she loved them all. The funeral service will be at 8:00 p.m. Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tim Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. The entombment will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Grandview Mausoleum.
