Grace Boring Ownsby

OWNSBY, Grace Boring, age 78 of Maryville, passed away Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at her home. She married her lifelong sweetheart, Raymond Ownsby, in November, 1947 and had been employed with Ingram, Overholt and Bean CPA’s since 1947. She and Raymond enjoyed square dancing in the advanced levels. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dave and Eula Boring; sister, Jeanne Everett and husband Marion. Survivors include her husband, Raymond; son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Lynn Ownsby of Chattanooga; granddaughter, Dianna Ownsby and fiancee Mark Bender of Chattanooga. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. R. C. Leming officiating. The interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
