Glenda Hope Dotson

Glenda Hope Long Dotson, age 82 of Greenback, TN passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019, at her home. She loved her family and Vol Basketball. She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Ruby Long; in-laws, Luke and Ivalee Dotson; brother, Dale Long; sister, Sandra Dean Long. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Joe Dotson; son, Robert Luke and Kristen Dotson; grandchildren, Jennifer & Mikayla; several nieces and nephews. We appreciate the care in her last days by Hospice Nurses, Carissa Richmon and Pat Haworth. Family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with the service to follow at 7:00 p.m. with the Rev. Jimmy Guider officiating. The interment will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday at Pine Grove Cemetery in Greenback. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Salem Baptist Church, 592 Island View Drive, Friendsville, TN 37737.
