Glen Ray Smith, age 74, of Louisville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 19. Glen was born on January 23, 1943. He was the owner and operator of Glen Smith Paint and Body Shop. He is preceded in death by his father, Howard Junior Smith; mother, Betty Raper Smith; and sister, Myrtle Ann Brown. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Charlene Baldwin Smith; son and daughter-in-law, Ray and Susan Smith; daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Tim Zoppa; grandsons, Aaron Smith, Jack Zoppa, Jed Zoppa; brother and sister-in-law, Roy and Robin Smith and many cousins, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 23, at 11:00 at Union Grove Cemetery, 1151 Lane Dr., Friendsville, TN 37737. Receiving friends will be on Thursday, February 23 from 5:30-7:00 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home followed by a service at 7:00 officiated by Rev. Larry DeVault. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Louisville Christian Assistance Center at 2942 Topside Road, Louisville, TN 37777.
