Glen L. Valentine

Mrs. Glen Valentine, age 94, died peacefully at home on Wednesday, May 21, 2014. She was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by husband, Rev. Ray Valentine; son, J. W. Valentine; parents, Connie and Sarah Yates and 6 brothers and 5 sisters. Survivors are son and spouse, Curtis and Mildred Valentine; daughter and spouse, Sarah Ann and Paul Garland; grandchildren and spouses, Suzanne and Tim Rollins, Randy and Deborah Garland, Angie and Steve Newell, and Paula Cline; great grandchildren and spouses, Matthew Rollins and Kaelie, Megan and Mitch Tucker, Candice and Kevin Kolinske, Bradley Cline, Lauren and Josh Newell and Ethan Garland; great great grandchildren, Lillian Rollins, Cameron Kolinske, and Natalie Tucker; sister, June Herron; nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014, at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home in Maryville with The Rev. Clifton Hearon and The Rev. Alvin Patton officiating. Burial to follow at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
