Gladys L. Pace, age 70 of Jacksonville, NC, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013, at her home in NC. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Felicia Mahan. Survivors include her loving companion, Larry Shields of Jacksonville, NC; numerous loving family members of the Shields family; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
