Geraldine A. Crye

September 18, 1936 — December 1, 2011

Geraldine A. Crye -age 75 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Williamson Chapel United Methodist Church, an avid flower and vegetable gardener and a quilter. She also raised laying hens and loved everything outdoors including fishing and hiking. She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Warren and Helen Correll Hearon; brother, Arnold Hearon; sister, Kathy Coleman; nephew, Mark Coleman. Survivors include husband of 55 years, Joe Lloyd Crye; daughter and son-in-law, Kandy and Jeff Hodge; son, Douglas Crye; grandson, Nicholas Hodge; granddaughter, Jennifer Hodge; special friends, Johnny and Martha Baldwin all of Maryville. She also loved her church family. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2011 at Williamson Chapel United Methodist Church with Rev. Danny Treadway officiating. The interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 p.m. Saturday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral.
