George R. (Junior) Davis

George(Junior) R. Davis Jr., 55 of Maryville TN passed away on September 21, 2021 after a three week fight against Covid. He is loved and survived by his wife of 27+ years Charlene Davis, his daughters Whitney & Jamie Davis, his son in love Allen Golesh, his father and mother George & Kate Davis, his sister, brother in law and their children Missy, Brian, Bentley and Madison Darnell, his grandchildren Easton, Riley & Hayden Golesh, special friends and family Bill Jennings, Terry Joe Kilby, Walt Price, Junior Caldwell, Robin Thatcher, Chris Davis, Adam Davis, Stacy Childress, Brandi Jones, Becca Tipton & Johnny Gossett.
Junior loved his family and friends. He would give you the shirt of his back if asked. He loved life, whether he was fishing, drag racing, fixing cars or just spending time with family, he found joy in what he was doing. He was a devoted husband, loving father, helpful son and the worlds greatest papaw.
Services are to be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Tuckaleechee Missionary Baptist Church, 2550 Tuckaleechee Pike, Maryville TN. Receiving of friends at 5:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life at 6:00pm. Pastor John Lowe officiating.
