George Lee Dunlap

George Lee Dunlap, age 88, formerly of Friendsville, TN, passed away peacefully at home on February 16, 2015. George was honorably discharged from the U. S. Navy in 1947. Survived by wife of 67 years, Margaret Dunlap; son, James Lee Dunlap; daughter and son-in-law, Patsy and Tony Sowders; grandchildren, James George, Henry Eugene and John David Dunlap, Michael Shawn Tuck, and Sherry Lee Shofner; 7 great grandchildren; sister, Evelyn Ayers. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Bailey officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Friday at Clarks Grove Cemetery for the interment service.
