Gary C. Burchfield

Gary C. Burchfield, age 82, born on July 21, 1940, and passed away on August 4, 2022. He worked at Alcoa Aluminum Company for 31 years and served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. He was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Margaret Burchfield; sister, Helen Harrington; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and David Wilson; nephew, Jim Wilson; niece, Karen Dailey.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Marjie Burchfield; son and daughter-in-law, Grant and Laura Burchfield; sister and husband, Sharon and Dennis Choat; brother-in-law, Bruce Harrington; nieces, Pam Abbott, Kim Choat, Pat Wilson; nephews, Lynn Harrington, Jason Choat; cousins, Carolyn Trentham, Carlos Burchfield.

Friends may pay their respects by signing the register between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, on Wednesday, August 10th at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will assembly for a graveside service 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 11th at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Rex Everett officiating.
