Frank William Hancock died at home August 16, 2016 after a prolonged battle with cancer. Frank and his twin brother Stephen were born February 27, 1958 in San Diego, California. Lived in New Orleans and Park Forest, IL before moving to Temple Hills, MD in 1964. He graduated from high school there in 1976. Received his bachelor's degree from the University of California San Diego and his MBA degree from Strayer University in Knoxville. Frank worked several years as a science teacher at two private high schools in Maryland; then was Campus Director for several campuses of Strayer University in Maryland and Virginia before moving to Maryville in 2006 where he was very active in St. Andrews Episcopal Church. Before his death, he was a store manager at several Dunkin Donuts stores in the Knoxville area. He is survived by his father, his sister Karen, and brothers, Stephen, Keith and Gregory. There will be a delayed memorial service at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Maryville at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 29.
