Frank O'Dell

Frank O'Dell - age 80 of Sweetwater formerly of Maryville passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011 at Life Care Nursing Home in Athens, TN. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, Coley and Nellie Glass O'Dell; brothers, Paul, John and James O'Dell; grandson, Dusty Dunlap. Survivors include his wife, Virginia O'Dell of Sweetwater; sons, Frank "Buster" O'Dell Jr. and wife Leann of Joy, TX, Lester Murphy and wife Larissa of Wichita Falls, TX; daughter, Sharon Dunlap and husband Jack of Sweetwater; grandchildren, Mary Stonepiper and husband Roman, Bo O'Dell and wife Sherry, John O'Dell and wife Evelyn, Matthew O'Dell and wife Elaina, Nathan O'Dell, Rhonda Bivens and husband Greg, Tamara Jo Murphy, Tabatha Sue Murphy; great-grandchildren, Ashley and Kayla Burgess, Max and Corey Stonepiper, Alisha and Alex O'Dell; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jody Schroeder officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 7 P.M. at the funeral home.
