WILEY, Frances Tittsworth of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. She was born in Jefferson City to the late Buford M. and Eva McSpadden Tittsworth, and was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. E. E. “Ned” Wiley; brother, Mac Tittsworth; sisters, Elizabeth Tittsworth, Mary Kate Tittsworth, and Munsey T. Mowbray. Survived by special friend and legal guardian, William Ed Harmon; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Wiley of Walnut Creek, CA; care givers and dear friends, Pat Cochran and Debbie Hunt. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Maryville First United Methodist Church with Dr. Robert L. Wilcox and Rev. Sterling Turner officiating, with remarks being made by Ed Harmon. Friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville for the interment service. Friends will be received from 2-3:00 p.m. Friday at the Church. Honorary Pall Bearers will be members of the Young Sunday School Class and the Wesley Mitchell Class of First United Methodist Church. Memorials made be made to Holston Home for Children, P. O.
