Louise Russell Krick, born March 4, 1920, went to be with the Lord on February 25, 2010. She was a member of Clover Hill Presbyterian Church. Louise was an avid gardener, voracious reader, and lover of music. She was a world traveler and she enjoyed dancing. She was a quick wit and possessed a beautiful smile. She was a loving mother, a doting grandmother and great grandmother, and a good friend to those who knew her. She retired from a job she dearly loved as a Research Technician at Martin Marietta, in Oak Ridge. She was preceded in death by Fred J. Russell, spouse, Sue Russell, daughter, Thomas Russell Painter, grandchild, and John and Hazel Whitley, parents. She is survived by her spouse, Willis B. Krick, brother, Frank Whitley, and sisters, Francis Lasley Pollard, Elizabeth Allen, Marjorie Reagan; her daughter, Jean Painter, son-in-law, Don Painter, son, John Russell, daughter-in-law, Pat Russell, son, Jimmy Russell, daughter-in-law, Sue Russell, daughter, Cynthia Smith, and son-in-law, Ken Smith; her grandchildren, Brian Painter, David Painter, Sonya (Russell) Dodd, Valerie (Smith) Newman, John Russell, Jeffrey Smith, and Jennifer Russell; and great grandchildren, Travis, Hunter, Morgan, E.J., Michael, and William. Funeral services will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Clover Hill Presbyterian Church with Rev. Tom Gilliland officiating. The interment will follow in Clover Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4:00 p.m. Sunday at the Church.
