Emma Jean Johnson

Emma Jean Johnson, age 75 of Maryville, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Blount Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church. She was an avid quilter and loved to play golf. She was preceded in death by her parents, Everett and Gladys Ross Tate. Survivors include her husband of 56 years, Bill Johnson; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Jerry Phillips; son, Chris Johnson and girlfriend, Jackie Moore; grandchildren, Wesley Phillips and Christi Johnson; great grandchildren, Liam Phillips, Averie Cooper and Carter Cooper; brother-in-law, Raymond Johnson; and a host of very special friends. Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Raymond Burnett officiating. The interment will follow in Logans Chapel Cemetery.
