Ella Sue Petty

April 7, 1937 — May 14, 2013

Ella Sue Petty, age 76 of Louisville, went to her heavenly home May 14, 2013. Sue was a loving, and much loved special sister and aunt. A loyal friend who checked on everyone every day. Sue was a longtime member of Ballards Chapel Baptist Church in Louisville, TN. She was preceded in her journey by her parents, Dennis and Rosa Petty; her sister and brother-in-law, Bernice and David Chesher. Sue is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Marlene Petty; her nieces and their husbands, Carolyn and Darrell Breeden, Kristy and Steve Evers; her great nephews, Jason Breeden and Josh Evers all of Maryville. The family would like to express a special thank you to all the kind and caring staff on the North wing at Kindred Transitional Healthcare for their devotion to Sue. She loved all of her special care givers. Also, thank you to Blount Memorial Hospice and Heathcare for their kindness and help while caring for her at home. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Ballards Chapel Cemetery, in Louisville, for a graveside service with Rev. Jerry Vittatoe officiating.
