Eleanor Rhea Price Hall

Eleanor Rhea Price Hall went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 30, 2025, surrounded by those who loved her. She is now reunited with the love of her life, Eliga Hall. Eleanor was born on July 23, 1932, in Sevier County, TN to Jesse P. Price and Dora Myers Price. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Methodist Church and retired from the Blount County Trustee’s Office. Her joy was in her family, and she could always be found cheering them on at anything they did. She was a long-time volunteer at Walland High School and then at Heritage High School Athletic Department. She was Mamaw to many and loved by all. 

She is survived by her daughters, Deborah Hall Gourley (Dale) and Donna Hall Wheeler; grandsons, David Wheeler (Kelly) and Benjamin Wheeler (Stacie); granddaughters, Jessica Gourley Schroeder and Kaitlin Gourley Evans (Brian); great-grandsons, David Michael, Brandon, Connor, Walker, Brantley, Jessie, Adam and Thomas: special nieces, Jane Burns, Rosemary Ogle, Joyce Chaney and Sharon Harmon.

Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Old Piney Grove Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Allen Garrett officiating.

The family would like to thank her wonderful caregivers, especially MaDonna who made her laugh every day, that allowed her to spend her days at home with loved ones.
