Hedrick, Edward F., age 89, of Kettering, Ohio, originally from Jonesville, Virginia, peacefully passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2008. He was an Army World War II veteran, a GM retiree from Delco Products and a member for 54 years of the Mystic Lodge 405 F. & A.M. He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Hedrick; mother, Lucy (Hedrick) Murphy; brother, Billie Hedrick and wife of 57 years, Audrey Hedrick. He is survived by his son, James Hedrick, and a host of relatives and friends. Mr. Hedrick was a kind, gentle man and beloved by all who knew him. As an old GM friend said: “Ed never did a job unless he did it right. And he never quit until the job was finished. He was the most honest man I ever met.†Family and friends will meet at 12:00 noon Wednesday, September 3, 2008, at Carpenter’s Campground Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev.
