Dovie Mae Crisp

Dovie Mae Crisp, age 102, passed away Friday December 9th at Kindred Fairpark Nursing in Maryville, TN. Dovie was born October 20, 1914 in Yellow Creek, Graham County NC and lived at the homeplace most of her life caring for her parents. After their passing, she moved to Maryville TN to be closer to her family members and lived there for the rest of her life. Dovie is preceded in death by her parents Dixie Mary Crisp and Jessie H. Crisp as well as 6 sisters and both of her brothers. She is survived by her sisters Eva Underwood (Johnson City, TN), Theresa Woods (Dayton, OH), and Juanita Rogers (Harold) of Robbinsville, NC as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation and time of remembrance will be held Monday December 12, 2016 from 6PM to 7PM at McCammon-Ammons-Click in Maryville, TN. Interment will follow on Tuesday December 13th at noon in Upper Yellow Creek, NC.
