Dorothy Harned Clift

CLIFT, Dorothy Harned, age 80 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2003, at U. T. Medical Center. She was a member of Maryville First United Methodist Church, retired from the Maryville City Schools after more than a 30 year career, many of which was spent at Ft. Craig and was a member of the Retired Teachers Association. She was preceded in death by her parents, S. D. and Alma Huff Harned and special aunt and uncle, Ruth Huff Mitchell and Joe Mitchell. Survivors include: husband, Lloyd G. Clift of Knoxville and several cousins. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Darris Doyal officiating. The interment will follow in Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 p.m. Sunday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
