Donnie Linginfelter

Donnie Linginfelter, age 54 of Greenback, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2011, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a former musician playing at the Grand Ole Opry and with local bands, Dale Reeves Band and Connie Cato, he toured the U. S. and Canada the 70's and 80's. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L. Linginfelter; grandparents, Fred and Ocie Lambert and Burl and Gladys Linginfelter; aunts and uncles, Carol S. Curtis, Ed and Jessie Lambert, Pearl and J. C. Key and Irene and Kenneth Brown. Survivors include his mother, Kathryn Lambert Linginfelter; brother, Gary Linginfelter; sister, Vicki Linginfelter and fiancee, Robert Suarez; uncles, John Curtis, Scotty Linginfelter and wife Phyllis; several cousins and many friends. Funeral services will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jack Easter officiating. The interment will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Big Springs Cemetery.
