Don H. Blackburn Jr.

Don H. Blackburn Jr. age 90, of New Martinsville, WV died Friday, April 5, 2019 at Reynolds Memorial Hospital Glen Dale, WV. He was born January 4, 1929 in Maryville, TN, a son of the late Donald and Milas Driver Blackburn. He was a retired employee of the former Ormet Corp. Hannibal, OH; owner of Cash N More, New Martinsville; a U.S. Army Korean Conflict veteran and a member of the New Martinsville United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 65 years, Annie L. Largen Blackburn; two infant children, Alexis Ann Blackburn and Anthony Lynn Blackburn, and a sister, Ruth Alexander. Survivors include two sons, Christian A. Blackburn and Donald Lee Blackburn, both of New Martinsville; a grandson, Anthony (Autumn) Blackburn of Edmund, OK; two sisters, Donna Sue (Joe) Harrill of Morristown, TN and Julia (Carroll) Barnette of Maryville, TN. Family and friends will meet 1:00 PM Wednesday, April 10, 2019 for a graveside service at Pecks Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Scott Kidd officiating.
