Delcie L. Lane

Delcie L. Lane - age 91 of Alcoa passed away Friday, January 18, 2002 at Fairpark Health Center. She was a member of Central Baptist Church, Alcoa and served in the Lunchroom at Westside and Sam Houston School for many years. She was preceded in death by her husbands, James T. Smith and Guy Lane; parents, Mark and Callie Watson Vaughn; sister, Anna Lou Lankford; brother, Richard Vaughn. Survivors include nephews and wives, Carl and Imogene Vaughn, of Alcoa, Bob and Shirley Lankford, of Atlanta, GA, Darrell and Joan Lankford, of Friendsville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 3:00 P.M. Sunday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Warren Mounts, and Rev. Greg Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 P.M. Monday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service.
