Tilson, Davie Russell age 89 of Maryville passed away Sunday, July 28, 2002 at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Mt. Lebanon Baptist Church and a retired farmer. Preceded in death by: 4 brothers and 1 sister. Survivors include: wife, Louie Hitson Tilson. Daughters and son-in-law, Margie Arnold of Maryville. Mary Ann and Floyd Summey of Madisonville. Sons and daughters-in-law, Clifford and Charlotte Tilson of Alcoa. Paul A. and Mary Tilson of Maryville. 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Sisters, Dorothy Currier of Sweetwater and Elizabeth Lands of Etowah. Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Monday, July 30th, 2002 at McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Rev Raymond Burnett officiating. The family will receive friends 6:00 to 8:00 PM Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Tuesday at Clarks Grove Cemetery for the interment.
