Courtney Renee Yates Coada

Courtney Renee Yates Coada, age 52 of Greenback, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 after a valiant three year battle with cancer surrounded by her loving family. Courtney was a member of Greenback Memorial Baptist Church and she worked for many years for the Loudon County School System in the Greenback Pre-K program. Her passions in life were her family, being outside on the family farm, and her children in the Pre-K classes at Greenback.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Curtis and Becky Yates, grandparents, Otis and Sally Yates and Willie and Ruth Best.

She is survived by her loving husband, Brian Coada, her children, Dalton, Dillon and Breezy Coada of Greenback, Brother, Marty Yates and wife Kristi of Walland, Sisters-in-laws and Brothers-in-laws Yvonne Boring and husband Chris of Clinton, Rhonda Boring and husband Roger of Maryville, Bruce Coada of Greenback. Mother-in-law, Gladys Coada of Happy Valley, Aunt Yvonne Watson of Greenback, several nieces and nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Greenback Memorial Baptist Church, ATTN: Pavilion Fund, P.O. Box 32, Greenback, TN, 37742. Funeral will be held Monday, January 6 at 1pm at Happy Valley Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Kenny Palmer officiating.
