Constance Gayle Holloway Mcnutt

Constance Gayle Holloway McNutt age 80 of Maryville passed away peacefully at home March 12, 2022. Gayle is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. James H. Holloway Sr.; sister, Deborah J. Holloway; son, Jeffery R. McNutt. Survivors include husband of 61 years W.R. “Mac” McNutt; brother, James H. Holloway Jr. (Sue); daughter Melissa McNutt Click (Rick); sons, Tim McNutt (Rhonda Tindell), Steve McNutt (Shawn McCormick); grandsons, Brandon Crabtree, Nicolas Crabtree, Jacob Click and Isaac Crisp.

Gayle was an MHS graduate as were her husband and children. In addition to helping run the various businesses throughout their lives, Gayle was also an avid tennis player, enjoyed girls’ trips, yoga and spending time at the family cabin. She was given many names throughout her life. Her employees referred to her as “Ms. Mac”, her friends nicknamed her “Killer” and her grandsons lovingly called her “Nutt”. Please join us as we celebrate the life of Constance Gayle Holloway McNutt the way she would have wanted.

The Celebration of life will be held April 23, 2022, 5pm-8pm @ The Showroom at Five Points, 1529 East Broadway, Maryville. This venue is dear to the family as it was once the location of McNutt Motor Co.
