Constance Kathleen "Kathy" Berry

Constance Kathleen “Kathy” Berry, 76, of Alcoa, Tennessee, passed away on January 15, 2025. Born in Detroit, Michigan, on November 17, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Juanita Berry.

Kathy graduated from nursing school in 1970 and spent 54 years dedicated to a career in Surgical Services, including over 20 years as an OR Educator in Surgery Services at Blount Memorial Hospital.

She is survived by brother John Berry (Cathy); sisters Karen Wesson (Robert), Judy Adkins (Hubert), “younger sister” Glenda Skurda (Robert); nieces Stacie Shakarian (Aaron), Vikki Phelps (Preston), Mehgan Berry, Lauren Guarnera; great nieces Alexandra Phelps, Julianna Shakarian, Sofia Shakarian, Coraline Guarnera, Violet Guarnera, Aurora Wesson; nephew Adam Wesson (Emily), great nephews Pryce Phelps, Asher Wesson. Kathy was deeply loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

A lover of travel, Kathy cherished exploring new places across the country. She also had a special place in her heart for her many paw babies. Kathy’s kindness, generosity, and joyful presence will 1be remembered by all who knew her.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 to 2:00 pm, Saturday, January 25th at McCammon Ammons Click Funeral Home, 220 W. Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN, followed by memorial service officiated by Reverend Kenneth Tucker.

A private burial at Bethel Cemetery will take place at a later date.

A reception will follow immediately after the service at Bella Restaurant, 121 W. Broadway Ave, Maryville, TN.
