Charles Edward ''Charlie'' Coatney

Charles Edward (Charlie) Coatney, age 67 of Maryville, passed away Sunday, September 29, 2013, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was retired from Ford Motor Company and was preceded in death by his wife, Judy F. Coatney; parents, Joe and Kathryn Coatney; sister and brother-in-law, JoAnn and Allen Chigger Wilson. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Melissa Coatney; daughter, Cindy Coatney and Amanda Vance; grandchildren, Lars and Barret Coatney; uncle and aunt, Charles F. and Christine Coatney; aunts, Nellie Graves and Wanda Coatney; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Tom and Peggy Myers; sisters-in-law, Brenda Thomas and Joyce Thomas; several nieces, nephews and a lot of friends. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Freeman Tomlin officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Clarks Grove Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home, Maryville.
