Charles D. Haun of Maryville, Tennessee went home to be with the Lord Friday, September 8th, 2006. He was a member and former deacon of Broadway Baptist Church in Maryville. He also served as a deacon at First Baptist Church Alcoa and Calvary Baptist Church Alcoa. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in both the Army and the Air Force. He was an avid Tennessee fan and former President and founder of the Most Loyal Vol Fan Club in the 1960's. He served as the Vice President of Cummings and Company and as Manager of WBIR AM & FM radio stations. He was Vice President of Volunteer Medical Rentals, Glasrock Home Health Care, and he served most recently as Senior Administrator of Housecall Home Health Care. He was a great civic and business leader serving as past President of the Knoxville Better Business Bureau, the Greater Knoxville Advertising Club, The Downtown Optimist Club, the American Lung Association, and THMPA (a medical equipment association). He is survived by his twin sons, Dr. H. Dean Haun of Jonesboro (Atlanta), GA and his wife Pam and David Haun of Knoxville and his wife Paula. Grandchildren include Jonathan, Jordon, Jennah, Melody, and Mandy. Great grandchildren, Addison and Mason Haun. Funeral services will be 8:00 pm Monday at McAmmon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home with Dr. H. Dean Haun and David C. Haun officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:OO am Tuesday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 pm Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral.
