Charles Clifford Tulloch of Maryville, age 80, passed away into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, Saturday, August 9, 2014 at U.T. Hospital. He was a member of Central Baptist Church, Alcoa, a retired Deacon and held many other positions at Central Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Cliff and Maude Tulloch; brother, Robert Tulloch. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, (Betty) Jean Culberson Tulloch; brothers, W.J. Tulloch and wife Irene, Jack Tulloch and wife Betty; brothers-in-law, Jim Culberson and wife Anita, and Robert Culberson; sister-in-law, Vendeda Tulloch; many loving nieces and nephews. The family would like to send a special thanks to Janet and Steve Small, Scott and Anne Culberson, Joy and Allen Garrett, Jack Tulloch, and Jim Culberson for the love shown to our loved one during his illness and death. He was a graduate of Everett High School, served in the U.S. Army, and retired from the Blount Farmers Co-Op. Family and friends will meet for the Interment at Grandview Cemetery at 3:30 P.M. Tuesday, August 12, 2014 with Rev. Greg Long officiating. A Memorial Service will be held at Central Baptist Church, Alcoa on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 with receiving of friends from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. and a Memorial Service at 7:00 P.M. with Rev. Gary Baker officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Central Baptist Church Building Fund or charity of your choice.
