Charles Arthur Harmon, Jr.

CHARLES ARTHUR HARMON, JR., age 75 of Maryville, died Monday, October 1, 2001, at Blount Memorial Hospital. He was a member of Maryville First Cumberland PresbyterianChurch, was retired from ALCOA and a member of the 25 Year Service Club, was past presidentof Alcoa Credit Union and was an avid golfer and enjoyed wood working. Mr. Harmon was preceded in death by a grandson, Daniel Harmon; sisters, Ruby Hall, Margaret Wilkerson and Mildred Millsaps; brother, Howard Harmon. Survivors include: wife, Joan Harmon; sons and daughters-in-law, Charles and Debbie Harmon of Louisville, Jeff and Brenda Harmon, Tim and Pat Harmon all of Maryville; 5 grandchildren; sisters, Billie Jo Harmon Smith and husband Court of Texas, Tina Harmon Hicks of Maryville; mother-in-law, Ruth Russell of Maryville; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Rowena and Ralph Broyles of Maryville; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronald L. Longmire officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Grandview Mausoleum for the entombment service. The family will receive friends from 6-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at McCammon-Ammons-ClickFuneral Home, Maryville.
