Carolyn Sue (Pinky) Hearon

Carolyn Sue (Pinky) Hearon, age 70, passed away June 16, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Herron, Jr.; mother, Margaret Louise Sparks Herron; husband, Larry Melvin Hearon.

Pinky was a hairdresser for many years of having attended TN School of Beauty and retired from USPS as a rural carrier after 30 years. Pinky made many friends by delivering mail and she never met a stranger. Everyone loved her personality, kindness, and infectious laugh.

She survived by daughter, Stephanie Hearon Wyatt (Larry, Jr.); long-time co-worker and special friend, Tracy Breeden; her beloved grand-puppy, Murphy.

The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM, Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church and the service will follow at 2:00 PM with Dr. Scott Linginfelter and Rev. Clifton Hearon officiating. The interment will follow at Centenary Baptist Church Cemetery.
