Burder Lee Gowan

Gowan, Burder Lee age 82 of Maryville passed away Sunday January 28th 2007 at Asbury Place. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church, retired from ALCOA and a member of the 25 year service club. He is preceded in death by his wife Lucile Moore Gowan, sisters, Bertha Mae Fowler, Vera Hollar, Zelphia Bolling, brothers, Kenneth Gowan, Paul Dean Fowler, Junior Fowler. He is survived by his sons and daughters in laws, Lee and Della Gowan, Neil and Jackie Gowan, all of Maryville. Grandson, Christopher Gowan, and granddaughters Elizabeth and Megan Gowan, great grandaughter Madelyne Gowan, sisters, Isabel Watts, Jean Munday, Faye Gunter, brothers Arthur Fowler, James Fowler, Roy Fowler all of North Carolina. Several nieces and nephews. There will be a graveside service 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery with Rev. Frank Willett officiating.
