Beatrice Ingram Allen

ALLEN, Beatrice Ingram, age 91, passed away on February 17, 2008, at Asbury Health Center. She was born in Alabama but had resided in Maryville, TN for the last 22 years. She was a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Max Allen. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Sue and Wilson Borden of Maryville, TN; grandchildren, Allen and Mary Jane Borden of Beech Mountain, NC, David and Jenny Borden of Independence, KY and Laura and Gene Black of Clarksville, TN; great grandchildren, Keely, Max and Isabelle Borden of Independence, KY. The family wants to thank all of the staff and residents of Sterling House for making her last 8 years there a loving and caring atmosphere and being a great part of her extended family. We would also like to thank her doctor and friend, Dr. Mark Green, and his staff for taking wonderful care of her. Also, the third floor North staff at Asbury Health Center for their professional care and attentiveness in making her comfortable. There was a graveside service at Spring Creek Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Montevallo, AL on Wednesday, February 20, 2008. Rev. Scott Fowler officiated.
