Barbara Ann Hill Frederick

Barbara Ann Hill Frederick, age 86, of Maryville, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, December 8, 2024, with her family by her side. Barbara was a dedicated military wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by her family. She was one of four children of Ben and Alma Hill of Rockford, TN. In her high school years, she worked at Richey Kreme Drive-In as a carhop where she met and later married Bob Frederick, whom she would remain married to for 69 years. As the wife of her career military husband, she lived in Michigan, Florida, the Philippine Islands, and Texas. She worked as a transplanter at Pope’s Garden Center for several years. She was an amazing cook, skilled baker, gardener and enjoyed crocheting. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben and Alma Hill; brother, Bill Hill; sister, Orma Cates; niece, Ann Nick; nephew, Bobby Nick.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Frederick; three sons, Robby, Kevin and Mark and their wives, Denise, Lee and Linda; daughter, Angie Sexton, and husband, Tim; sister, Wanda Clegg; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at Clarks Grove Cemetery on December 12, 2024, at 1:00 PM.
