Augusta White Frye

FRYE, Augusta White, age 88 of Maryville, passed away Monday, June 6, 2205, at Wellington Place. She was a member of Maryville First Baptist Church for more than 60 years, where she served in the Nursery Department for more than 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Aldine Bernard Frye; son, Gary Edward Frye; parents, Luther and Eldora White; sister, Lucille Brooks; brothers, Raymond and Clifford White. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Gilbert and Joyce R. Frye of Maryville; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Daniel and Linda Frye of Maryville; grandsons, Barry Frye of Greeneville, TN and Scott Frye of Austin, TX; step granddaughter, Natalie Smith of Murfreesboro, TN; daughter-in-law, Martha Meas of Corpus Christi, TX; sister, Carmen Jones of Maryville. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating.
