Ann Coulter, age 79, of Maryville, Tennessee, passed away surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 4th, 2018. She was born on September 6, 1938, in Maryville, Tennessee to William Jesse Spradlin and Nancy Ellen Ward Spradlin. She was a lifelong member of Maryville 1st Baptist Church. Ann was active in the Family business- Coulters Florist & Greenhouses- for many years. One of her greatest passions in life was her constant and unwavering love for her Husband and children and her lifelong devotion to every aspect of their lives. The many, many friends of Ann will always remember her as the quintessential southern cook. She was an artist and cooking was her medium. She will also be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, wonderful Grandmother and caring Great- Grandmother. Her giving spirit will be forever cherished by all who knew her. Anns family has resided in Blount County for over 200 years. She was preceded in death by father William Jesse Spradlin, mother Nancy Ellen Ward Spradlin, sisters Bernice Julian Catron, Dorothy Grace Shamblin, brothers William Herbert Spradlin, Thomas Harry Spradlin, Carl Ray Spradlin. She is survived by husband Kenny Coulter, children and spouses, Kenna and Denny Garner, Brett and Maria Coulter, Kim Coulter Stafford, and Karen Coulter. Grandchildren and spouses, Cole Scott Garner, Kenneth Bradley and Alyssa Coulter, Brian Neilson Coulter, Madison Rose Coulter. Great grandchild, Alexis Garner. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 pm Monday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral home with funeral services to follow at 7:00 pm with Rev. Charles Ballard officiating. The interment will be 11:00 am Tuesday in Grandview Cemetery.
