Alvin L. Brown

Alvin L. Brown, age 93 of Maryville, passed away Monday, March 21, 2016, at Blount Memorial Transitional Care. He was preceded in death by his parents, William A. and Susie Walker Brown; former wife, Leota Davis Brown; 2 brothers and one sister. Survivors include children, Donnie Brown, Harry Brown, David Brown, Patricia Wyatt, Darlene Poston and Teresa Lawson and their spouses; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; brother, Stanley Brown and Doris; uncle, Willard Walker; host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tom Hatley and Rev. Miller Taylor officiating. The interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
