Alice L. Gelsinger returned to her heavenly home on Friday, December 27, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Margaret Wingate, and son, Donald Long.
She is survived by her husband, Orville Richard Gelsinger; daughter, Roxie L. Long; son, Thomas Long; grandchildren, Alisa M. Stoey, Joe William Walker; and cousins and other family members.
Alice’s life was a shining example of love, compassion, and kindness, leaving an indelible mark on the lives of all who knew her. Her warm smile, generous spirit, and inspiring love will be deeply missed. Alice has spread her wings and is now rejoicing in the presence of the lord. She cherished every moment spent camping, fishing, and surrounded by her furbabies. Her youthful enthusiasm was also evident in her love for Mickey and Minnie Mouse, which was nurtured during her time at Walt Disney World.
In accordance with her wishes, there will be no services.
