Katherine Kinnamon Prater

Katherine Kinnamon Prater, affectionately known as "Mimi" and "Mamaw" Prater of Prater Flats in Louisville, peacefully passed away on her 84thbirthday, Tuesday, January 24, at Life Center of Blount County in Louisville, TN. Preceded in death by parents, Nora Idella (Anderson) and John Brice Kinnamon, brothers, John, Jim, and Sam Kinnamon, sisters, Alice Matlock, Francis Latimer, and Betty Cowan. Spouse, Harold White Prater. Survived by: sister, Jenny Adamson of Mansfield, MO, son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Donna, daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Ed, grandson Dustin, son and daughter-in-law Mark and Lori, grandsons Randall and Jesse and special friends, Amber Wilson, Bethany Walker and Violet. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00, Sunday January 29th at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel, 220 West Broadway, Maryville, TN 37801. Funeral at 2:00, followed by burial at Holston College Cemetery, Louisville, TN at approximately 2:45.
