Joe A. Pratt

Joe A. Pratt, born November 23, 1939, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016, at U. T. Medical Center. He was a member of Third Street Baptist Church and retired from Mayfield Dairy Farms where he worked for 39 years. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dortha L. Pratt, who passed away December 21, 2012 and brothers, Earl Pratt and Troy Pratt. Survivors include his children, Rita Pratt Tatum and James Tatum; Allen Pratt and Julie Pratt; grandchildren, Jason Tatum and Annette Tatum, Zachary Pratt, Anna Pratt, Sam Pratt; brothers and sisters, Edna Ruth Hill, Anna Lee Massengill, William Pratt, Roy Pratt. Funeral services will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Smitherman and Rev. Steve Hickman officiating. Family and friends will meet at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
