Gladys Mae Mcmurray Harbison

Gladys Mae McMurray Harbison, age 79 of Maryville, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at her home after a battle with cancer. She attended Unity Christian Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Harbison; son, Sam Houston Harbison; parents, Bart and Mary Hazel Garland McMurray; brother, Lynn McMurray and wife Imogene; sister, Frances McLean; brother-in-law, Bill Toney. Survivors include her brothers and sisters-in-law, Don and Ruth McMurray, Luke and Evelyn McMurray, Edward and Betty McMurray, James and Vicky McMurray; sisters and brothers-in-law, Fern and Douglas Sutton, Joyce and Donnie Sutton; sister, Patsy Toney; brother-in-law, Richard McLean; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Harley. Funeral services will be 7:00 p.m. Friday in McCammon-Ammons-Click Chapel with Pastor David Long officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Dotson Memorial Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. The family will be gathering at Brandon and April's house, 930 William Blount Drive, Maryville, TN 37801.
