Charlotte Kagley Powell

Charlotte Kagley Powell, age 92, passed away on February 8, 2022. She devoted her life to caring for her family, especially her daughter Barbara. She was a fabulous cook, devoted wife, mother, sister, and proud grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Powell; parents, Len and Nora Kagley; sisters, Margaret Crowder, Kathleen Thompson, Edna Burrell; brothers, Herman Kagley, Cecil Kagley.

She is survived by her daughters, Teresa Sterchi (John), Barbara Powell, Cindy Harmon (Brett), and Traci Wolfenbarger (Randy); sisters, Juanita Welshan, and Jeanette Best; grandchildren, Heather Harmon, Hillary Harmon, Rachel Wolfenbarger (Fiance’ Nathan), and Brandon Wolfenbarger . Special thanks to her devoted and loving caregivers – Kathy Brewer, Angela Boyd, Vickie Durbin, Becky Holland, Janet Oliver, Debbie Holt, and Ginger Nuchols.

Family and friends will meet at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 11th, at Grandview Cemetery for a graveside service.
